Adaptation Spotlight: Our 5 Senses

This Event has Passed

Join OC Park Naturalists in exploring how you use your 5 senses to interpret the world around you. We will put your senses to the test, hypothesize reasons for why plants smell so nice and why deer have such large ears, all while enjoying a small hike along Mary’s Trail.

This program will meet at the Nix Nature Center amphitheater near the bathrooms.

This program is for ages 7 and older. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Participants must bring plenty of water, closed-toed hiking shoes, and sun protection.

Advance registration required. Please register all participants -including children. Learn more and register here.

The program is free, and parking is $3 per vehicle.

Rain or muddy conditions will cancel the program.
