Orange County’s Environmental Giving Day – October 7, 2020

Mark your calendars! Laguna Canyon Foundation is participating in Orange County’s Environmental Giving Day on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, seven local environmental nonprofits are banding together to increase awareness and raise $100,000 for Orange County’s environment. If you enjoy the trails, views, beaches, or mental reprieve that our 22,000 acres of open space and 52 miles of pristine coastline provide, or if you just believe in native habitat, clean water, and protected wildlife, then this day is for you. Help protect what you love by supporting one or all of these great nonprofits.

Laguna Canyon Foundation has set a goal of raising $30,000 to support our work preserving and protecting the 22,000 acres of the South Coast Wilderness.

Your contribution will make trails sustainable, improve endangered habitats, protect native animals, inspire Title I school children through hands-on outdoor science, and encourage your community to help protect your canyons. And to help you double your impact, for one day only, the first $15,000 donated will be matched dollar-for-dollar by three of our generous benefactors.

So mark your calendars, tell your friends, and get ready to join the community movement of supporting the incredible ecosystem of Orange County.
