Isaac grew up in Los Angeles and frequently explored the natural beauty of the Santa Monica Mountains in his time there. He graduated from UCLA with a degree in Environmental Science, where he worked to develop a restoration plan for a piece of natural habitat on the university’s campus. He is passionate about plants and their communities, and hopes to protect and restore wild areas. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, listening to music, and crosswords.
